Home Again Hello (1972 Version) Lyrics

Home again it's good to be
Home again just you and me
Did you know i miss you so
Home again helloHome again from different places
different voices difference faces
different things you say and do
home again with youhome again hello
home again hello
home again from everywhere
home again for good aswell
when theres no place else to go
home is you hello
things were getting such a drag
that's why i packed my backs
took off somewhere new
no i'm home again with youHome again from different places
different voices difference faces
different things you say and do
I'm home again with you
home again hello
home again hello
home again from everywhere
home again for good aswell
when theres no place else to go
home is you hello

"Don Adams" can refer to several different artists.

1. Don Adams, born Donald James Yarmy, was an actor and comedian best known for his television series "Get Smart", in which he played the titular character, Secret Agent Maxwell Smart. He recorded several comedy albums in the 1960s.

2. Scottish-born soul singer Don Adams recorded "Watts Happening" - an incredible soul album, with equally incredible roots – recorded in the Munich scene of the late 60s! Despite that overseas origin, though, the record's a sock-solid soul effort all the way through – steeped in modes borrowed from Memphis, but carried off with a slightly different feel, thanks to the presence of a fair bit of jazz musicians on the date! Adams' voice is tremendous – a gritty, right on the money soul sound – completely color blind, and beautifully suited to the funky backings in the set. And almost best of all, the songs are mostly original or obscure numbers – not the sort of re-hashed hits that usually came out on Euro soul sides of the 60s – but killer new tracks that are steeped in a great sense of sadness and loss. The original album only saw the light of day briefly – as a project done by producer Hans Wewerka, licensed to Sunset for a very short time – the reissue brings in a few previously unissued tracks.

3. Don Adams is an Argentinean rock band, basing many of their lyrics on melancholic references to '80s memories, they released their self-titled first album in 2004. It was presented live in many festivals, including an appearance next to local band Interama supporting Kings Of Leon and The Strokes at the 2005 BUE Festival in Buenos Aires. In 2007 they released their second LP: Segunda Temporada Completa and they're touring it at the moment.

----------------------------------------------------
